Welcome to the Santé Fitness Warrior Detox Challenge!!
Ready for a detox challenge? I don’t know about you, but after the holidays I can always use a little extra help. So every year in January the hubby and I like to do a little challenge.
This is truly my favorite time of the year to clean up my skin and digestion. Here’s what to do to get a jump-start on your fitness goals! Try to follow the guidelines for 21 days - your body will thank you!
To do
- drink water 80 oz per day re-mineralized water (mineral drops)
- dry brush before showering
- twice weekly detox bath
- daily 15 minute walk
- Breathing Training video 3x a week
- mask or scrub twice weekly
- sauna if available
-get 7-9 hours of sleep every night
Avoid
- sugar
- processed food
- more than one serving of caffeine per day
- exercising too much, you don't want to wear out the body
