Hello, I'm Caroline from Santé Fitness and I am so excited that you are looking into this program. This program is the culmination of many years of working with women. You’re going to love that you not only get the information that you need to succeed, but you also get workouts, menus, recipes, and grocery lists to help you in your journey.

This program is a very balanced way to identify the daily and habitual trigger that lead to wear and tear on the body. Oh, yes! We often sabotage our own health journeys through the little things that we do or don’t do.

    This shows the three layer framework that we use to get you from having those daily annoying little aches and pains.

    During our sessions, we will talk about possible external sources for your aches and pains.

  • What materials are included?

    To help you get the most out of your fitness journey, there are many materials included. You receive targeted workouts, recipes, menus, checklists, and private coaching to help you achieve your goals.
