Preserve Your Boundaries - Let's Not Exhaust Ourselves

Welcome to the Preserve Your Boundaries series! In this series, our focus is on checking in and preserving our strength and balance. It’s easy to push too hard in life and on the mat and find ourselves exhausting our bodies.

So start with the Check Your Breath breathing practice where we take time to notice our breathing rates and overall physical state.

Move onto the Quick Core HIIT with Planks for a fast-paced, but steady movement core workout.

After the Core HIIT, try the Short HIIT for the whole body. It’s not the usual length and intensity of a Santé Fitness HIIT, so it won’t exhaust you too much.

A Flow is always great and you can do the Flow for this series either alone, or before or after a HIIT. It will help you actively check into your own body sensations and stay in control.

After all of the work, it’s time to Restore Your Boundaries with this luscious restorative practice that will calm and center you from the inside out.
