21 Day Core Activator: Day 18 - Short Restorative Slow-Flow

Rest and Recovery workout because you need it! Today’s workout is slower and more restorative than many of our other workouts. Your sole purpose today is to recover after yesterday’s intense workout. A great rule of thumb is to balance out intensity with rest, i.e. the more intense the work, the more focused the rest. This is a short practice at just under 10 minutes, perfect to add to the end of another practice. Enjoy!
