Warrior Training: Prep 2 - Upper Body Strength

This is a fun and quick-moving upper body weighted workout. In it, I mixed up weights and yoga strengthening moves in order to get the most of the workout.

You will need two sets of weights: a light and a heavier.

Have fun! Remember to truly progress, stay focused on how you’re doing, on how it feels not on the number of reps.
