Warrior Training Prep Part 3 - Upper Body Strength

Upper Body Build will get you strong and capable as you lift weights in order to work opposite muscle groups. You will need a light and a heavy set of weights such as 3 lbs. and 5 lbs. I wouldn’t recommend higher than 12 lbs. Have fun!
