Super Psoas HIIT
This is an amazing class for stabilizing the hips and lower body. Super fast kicks and hip lifts work to strengthen and mobilize the legs and pelvis as we work towards greater speed and agility. After you exhaust your muscles, we’ll lengthen them back out. And when you’re done, you will feel stable and secure as you move throughout your day. I include plenty of options for everyone to find their best and most effective movements. Grab a sticky mat aka a yoga mat and a few blocks or bolsters. Don’t forget your water bottle and I’ll see you there!
