Super Psoas Flow
Here’s a great flow to do either before the Super Psoas HIIT for technique practice or as a follow-up to the Super Psoas HIIT. This class will lengthen the muscles that we need to work our Psoas muscles effectively and also help teach our bodies how to move from the deep core line. It’s ideal if you’re still trying to hone your technique as we spend time making tiny careful adjustments to find the sweet spots for our muscular work. Your joints will love the freedom that they will find when they move rather than support the body. You’ll need your sticky mat and some blocks, bolsters or even rolled-up blankets in order to let your body rest into the restorative poses at the end. You may want your water too, as you work your core and glutes with slow methodical poses. Have fun and I’ll see you there.
