This short and sweet workout will give you a fun and yet intense workout. You will sweat and yet feel energized rather than depleted by the end of the 20 minutes. This one is a great for when you're short on time but still have nervous energy that you want to channel into movement. You don't need anything but your mat and some water. If you want to up the intensity, you can add handweights or ankle weights.
