Letting it go! Quick Core Endurance

This Quick Core Endurance is a part of the Letting it Go series. You can do it alone or with others in the series. You can also repeat the five-minute video more than once to create a circuit. The goal for this workout is to just build core endurance so that you can maintain core stability throughout a long workout.
