Warrior Training: Prep 1 ~ Lower Back Freedom

We all have areas of our body that are particularly weak. So we need to give them some special love and attention before we can work the whole body into a warrior.

The Lower Back is one of the most common sources of pain. It’s so easy due to our daily habits to get into a pattern that weakens and tightens the back and the hips. That’s why I created this video to bring the mobility and strength back to this area of the body. Before we can start lifting heavy and train like warriors, we need to make sure that we have no weak links in our muscle structure. You will love how much better you feel!
