Warrior Training: Prep 2 - Foundation of Rest

Rest is so important! So I made sure to include this video with the Prep 2 series. Learn to make time for rest as it is absolutely necessary if you want to progress in your strength and endurance.

You will need a mat, bolsters, blankets, and a chair.
