Warrior Training - The Basics of Strength - Upper Body
Now that we have built a stable foundation for functional movement, we can start building our strength! So in this video we will start using handweights and basic strength training moves to start out journey to Warrior strength. You will need two to three sets of weights such as 2’s, 3’s, and 5’s and a mat. You may want to keep water handy as well. See you in the studio!
