HIIT with Weights

It's time to build some strength! In this workout, you will have three rounds of tabata timed movements (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest). Each round focuses on a specific body part. You will feel so strong after this workout. Have fun and let me know how it goes!
What you will need: water!!!! Light weights - 2lbs. or 3lbs.
