Warrior Training: Prep 1 ~ Neck Strength and Stretch

We all have areas of our body that are particularly weak. So we need to give them some special love and attention before we can work the whole body into a warrior.

So the neck is a great place to start balancing the strength in the body. This routine will take you through a stretching and strengthening sequence that help you feel amazing in your neck!
