Warrior Training: Prep 1 ~ Shoulder Strength and Endurance!

We all have areas of our body that are particularly weak. So we need to give them some special love and attention before we can work the whole body into a warrior.


The shoulders get used all of the time and are often overworked and damaged. So try out this video to stretch and strengthen the shoulders so that we can really work them.

If this is a weak area for you, try doing this video every other day for 30 days and you will be so impressed with the results.
